She will also be seen in the Telugu film, Mysaa.Also Read: Vijay Deverakonda to Boost Girlfriend Rashmika Mandanna’s New Film。东南网8月24日报道（记者林先昌通讯员王立浩）近日，福建省高级人民法院联合福建省发展改革委、福建省司法厅印发《关于建立福建省破产处置府院联动工作机制的通知》，标志着福建省省级层面破产处置府院联动工作机制正式全面建立。该机制旨在深入推进新时代民营经济强省战略，持续打造市场化、法治化、国际化一流营商环境，进一步统筹协调破产处置司法审判与行政管理工作，畅通危困企业司法拯救和市场化退出渠道。企业破产处置是盘活市场资源、拯救危困企业、优化营商环境的重要制度抓手。此前，福建省各地市已陆续建成市级破产处置府院联动机制，但税费减免、信用修复、资产处置、职工安置等跨领域、跨部门重点难点问题，仍需省级层面统筹破解、统一规范。此次省级机制落地，将进一步补齐工作短板、完善制度体系，推动全省破产处置工作标准化、规范化、高效化开展。《通知》明确，省级破产处置府院联动机制成员单位由省委网信办、省委金融办、省高级人民法院、省人民检察院、省发展改革委、省工信厅等29家单位共同组成。机制办公室依托省发展改革委、省高级人民法院、省司法厅联合设立，负责统筹召集全体会议、专题会议，常态化推进各项工作落地落实。　同时，机制设立9个专项工作组，聚焦企业价值识别、政策扶持、金融协调、涉税办理、资产盘活、信用修复、工商变更注销、职工权益保障、打击逃废债、管理人履职保障等重点难点领域，由14家牵头单位协同落实36项具体工作举措，构建起省级统筹、部门协同、上下联动、一体推进的破产处置工作新格局。福建高院相关负责人表示，下一步，省高级人民法院将会同各成员单位，全力推动破产处置府院联动机制常态化、实质化运行，充分释放制度集成效能，畅通危困企业“拯救重生”和低效市场主体“有序退出”双向通道，促进土地、资金、人才等各类要素资源优化重组、高效集聚，持续以优质高效的司法服务护航民营经济发展，为全方位推进福建高质量发展、深化新时代民营经济强省战略提供坚实有力的法治保障。
