The West replied with massive arms assistance to Kiev and broad tokens of support.。    8月25日消息，据知情人士透露，三星下一代旗舰芯片Exynos 2700在内部测试中的成绩优于高通第六代骁龙8超级至尊版，有望成为安卓阵营性能最强的2nm芯片。     报道指出，Exynos 2700的CPU在Geekbench 6.5多核测试中，得分比第六代骁龙8超级至尊版高出9.5%，比第六代骁龙8至尊版高出19%。          在GPU性能方面同样领先。内部测试显示，Exynos 2700的峰值GPU成绩比第六代骁龙8超级至尊版高出约5%。在2.5W低功耗场景下，其领先优势更为明显，GPU得分比第六代骁龙8超级至尊版和第六代骁龙8至尊版分别高出22%和24%。    值得一提的是，三星还模拟了真实世界的智能手机使用场景进行测试，发现Exynos 2700的耗电电流为161mA，比高通的185mA更低，能效表现更优。    在AI方面，报道称在运行Llama 3.1 8B模型时，Exynos 2700生成答案的速度比骁龙芯片快18%。     如果报道属实，那么三星Exynos 2700在CPU、GPU、AI性能和能效上全面领先了对手。这颗芯片基于三星自家的2nm工艺SF2P生产，这是三星的第二代2nm GAA工艺。    查询获悉，三星SF2P采用进阶版MBCFET架构，该工艺引入了“纳米片宽度调制”技术，通过动态调整晶体管通道宽度，在性能与功耗间实现更精细的平衡。同时SF2P还引入了背面供电网络技术，以进一步优化效率。    相比SF2，SF2P性能提升12%、功耗降低25%、芯片面积缩小8%。按照计划，Exynos 2700将由三星下一代旗舰Galaxy S27系列首发搭载。
