二 |     Jenny Han has finally delivered the update The Summer I Turned Pretty fans have been waiting for — and it comes with both excitement and a reality check. Speaking at TheWrap’s 2025 Power Women Summit, the author-showrunner confirmed that the script for the upcoming TSITP movie is officially complete. However, despite speculation and fan hopes, the film is far from release.     “I just wrote it,” Han revealed, explaining that the team has not filmed anything yet.
